These Terms govern your use of Recurventory (the "Service"), operated by Recurventory, LLC. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Recurventory helps you track birthdays, anniversaries, and other recurring occasions and sends reminders by email and push notification. The Service is currently offered free of charge during a beta period; features may change, and Premium features may be offered to early users at no cost.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.
Don't use the Service for unlawful purposes, to infringe others' rights, to upload others' personal information without an appropriate basis, or to disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
You retain ownership of the information you enter. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to operate the Service for you (including sending reminders and, when you request, generating gift suggestions). You confirm you have the right to add any information about other people that you enter.
The Service may include affiliate links to third-party retailers (for example, for gifts, flowers, or cards). If you click these links and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of third-party sites.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Reminders depend on third-party email/push delivery and may be delayed or fail; do not rely on the Service as your sole reminder for important dates. AI-generated gift suggestions are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recurventory, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for missed occasions or reminders, arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
